Screw rod is divided into sliding screw rod, rolling screw rod and static pressure screw rod
1. Sliding screw rod: the tooth shape of sliding screw rod is mostly trapezoid. This type of tooth has the advantages of high effect, good transmission performance, high precision, convenient processing and so on.
2. Ball screw: there are two kinds of ball screw and roller screw. Ball screw has low friction, high transmission efficiency and high precision, so it is commonly used, but its manufacturing process is complex.
3. Static pressure screw rod: the static pressure oil chamber in the static pressure screw rod is located on the nut. The hydrostatic oil film is located between the hydrostatic nut and the precision screw rod. The hydrostatic nut and the screw rod itself are not in contact, so there is no wear. The friction of the static pressure screw is proportional to the speed, and it is almost zero at low speed. The excellent shock absorption performance of the hydrostatic screw completely eliminates the vibration and noise of the ball screw. The static pressure screw can be adjusted to the axial load, maximum speed and speed level in any direction.
